CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF THE VILLAGE LANERSBACH
Lanersbach is a very intimate village, situated on 1300m height. You can ski at
3250 meter, which is well equipped with all modern ski-infrastructure. And
several restaurants serve good food at an affordable price.
Lanersbach (a borough from Tux) is also a great pleasure to people who don’t ski.
For instance, they can walk (with snowshoes) on special walking promenades, luge,
snowtubing or wellness on reservation in a nearby hotel. The adjoining village
Finkenberg has a public swimming pool, Mayrhofen a nice shopping street etc

“Bei der Eggalmbahn” can be reached very easily by car or by plain to the airport of
Innsbrück or München. Innsbrück is just 1hrs drive.
Moreover, more airlines fly into this destination, for several price brackets.
Ski-in ski-out appartment, on 100m from the ski-elevator Eggalmbahn (just across
the street), nearby the ski-region and the skiing busstop.
Once you arrive in Vorderlanersbach, you continue versus direction Lanersbach on
the main road, just next to the local bakery Stöck and above Electro Erler + Tüxer
Grillküchl on your left side, shortly before the skiing elevator Eggalmbahnen, and
right accross the street from restaurant-bar Swings.
The vacation appartment is located on the 1st floor within the building on the quiet
backside viz appartments Top 5 & Top 6 (to the left, above Electro Erler).
We do advice you to take the skiing bus up to the gletscher in wintertime (top saison)
This will only take 15minutes and takes you straight to the valley-station; however
cars will have to park at least 1 kilometer further away.

Appartment
“Bei der Eggalmbahn”, with 75 m2 of surface, consists of 2 consecutive appartments which are joined to eachother with one separation door between the livingrooms. It offers living accomodation for 2 to 6 people.
The main entrance of the appartment (Top 6) is well signalized on the doorbell at the main entrance of the building, as well as with a doorplate “Bei der Eggalmbahn” + “Fehrienwohnung” on the entrance door itself.
Over here, you enter a “hearty” entrance, equipped with 2 dressings (for young and elder) and a key rack.
Straigh ahead, you enter the large livingroom with open kitchenette with a dinner table for 6 people & a suite/TV-corner at the window.
This kitchen is well equipped with all modern comfort & a comprehensive range of kitchen appliances and cooking supplies, such as an electric stove, microwave & regular oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, regular coffeemachine & nespresso, mixer/blender, salad spinner, Kettle, croque-monsieur appliance, toaster, fire-extinguishing blanket, large assortment of pots & pans, plates, forks, knives & spoons, glasses, bowls, wine cooler etc …
The TV-corner is equipped with a flatscreen TV with satellite & Böse-stereo. Wifi in the entire “Ferienwohnung”.
Scrabble, Rummikub, cards game etc for pleasant evenings.
In this main appartment, you find at the left of the entrance hall a separate bathroom with bath/shower, 1 closet with lavabo, hairdryer and 2 towel racks. And to your right is the individual toilet.
This entrance hall is extended with a nighthall to the right, which enters the large sleeping room. These is furnished with a double sleeping bed, 2 small closets with individual lighting, a large wardrobe with safe & 2 dressing-handles.
Child-friendly touch is the present baby-bed and feeding chair for your sweet baby.
Across the large livingroom of the main appartment, one can enter the small livingroom of the other appartment (Top 5) through a separation door.
This cosy livingroom has a small kitchenette with refrigerator with small freezer, a washing machine, glasses, and a dinner table for 2 to 4 people.
It serves mostly as a second suite/TV-corner at the window with some extra privacy, equipped as well with flatscreen TV with satelite & Böse-stereo. The sofa-bed creates an extra sleeping possibility for 2 persons.
This bounds to the entrance hall of this appartment (Top 5).
Straigh ahead, you enter the separate bathroom with bath/shower, 1 closet with lavabo, 2 towel racks & 1 toilet.
To the right, you find the second large sleepingroom, equipped with a double bed, 2 small closets with individual lightening and a large wardrobe with safe.
To the backside, over the entire length of both appartments, you find a large terrace SE-oriented. Here is also an outside dinnertabel for 6 persons with parasol, 1 barbecue & 1 drying rack.
To the right of the building is 1 private parkingspace at your disposal, and a ski storage room in the basement of the building.
